Piano Studio Policy

STUDIO POLICY

TUITION: Tuition is required at the first lesson of every month and paid in advance. Tuition is non-refundable. All checks should be made payable to Lana's Music Studio.

Music expense (such as music books, CDs, etc.) is extra, and is the responsibility of the student.

MAKE-UP LESSONS: 1. Students are encouraged to attend all lessons. Since a student's progress is dependent on regular lessons and practice, I hope every effort will be made to attend each lesson.

If a student gives a two week notice regarding scheduling conflicts, the lesson will be rescheduled.
Only one lesson per month can be rescheduled at the instructor's convenience, if missed by the student.

2. No credits will be given for missed lessons.

3. If the instructor is absent, the make-up lesson will be scheduled at a convenient time for both parties involved.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS: Lessons may be terminated at the end of any month after two months of lessons provided, and a one month's notice is given.

VACATION PERIODS: The Music Studio is closed for Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas week, Memorial Day, July 4th, and vacation time (to be specified by instructor).

WEATHER CONDITIONS: If the studio is closed due to weather condition, such as snow days, lessons will be made-up during the year.
